Walking 15 minutes (per Google) gets you to the Ribeira.

Now consider how much additional time and uphill walking, some of it strenuous, you’ll have to do to get to the Torre dos Clerigos, the Sé, São Bento, etc. ad nauseam.

I’m sure this is a lovely property, but I wouldn’t stay there on my return to Porto even if the room were comped.
