+1 and I just booked EWR-PHX at other than 7D/E, E+ is completely empty. We normally book aisle seats across from each other so nobody has to sit in a middle and based on the posts in this thread, I am avoiding 21 C/D for concerns about seat comfort.

Anyone here disagree that a regular E+ aisle seat is more comfortable than an exit row aisle seat?
