The ticket is nonrefundable:
"CANCELLATIONS ANY TIME TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF NO-SHOW/REFUND."
Cancellation information is contained in the penalties category (which is informational) and in the voluntary refunds category (which is what websites/the GDS use to actually process refunds).
However with UA's change waiver you will be able to cancel the ticket and retain the value as a future flight credit, you just won't get the value back to your original form of payment.
