Hi all,

I'm flying in December with a DFW connection with my wife and two toddlers. I just got a flight change notification this week that now leaves us with a 50 minute connection at DFW, which as I understand it is barely above MCT, and below what I consider SCT with 2 toddlers. The arrival time change is only about 90 minutes, so it's not eligible on those grounds for an automatic change. Any idea if I am likely to get leeway when calling to change to a PHX connection with 1h40 for free? It's $125 p/p additional to do it online.
