In any hotel I've been too that hasn't had strict mask enforcement, it seems like maybe 20-30% of people wear masks and the number seems to be dropping recently.

If a majority of people actually wanted strict mask enforcement, I think you'd see a lot more masks in places where they are currently voluntary (or mandatory but without enforcement).

So I just assume anywhere I go there will be plenty of unmasked people and adjust accordingly.
