The convertible CE/ET seats in boeings are the same as the ones in the Airbuses - it's just that as the Airbuses tend to be newer planes - the leather may be less scuffed as it is in the older planes.

(Actually recently flew in an A319 on only its second revenue flight and the seats had that wonderful "new leather" smell - but as they weren't broken in they were quite hard to sit on).
