These were from Instagram from a IAH-HNL flight in premium plus from just over a week back (photo credit to user whoisheavymetalralph). Firstly I’ve never been given glass bowl ice cream even in long haul PP. but with that being said, how can UA offer this on domestic PP and intercontinental Polaris still gives rock hard Ice cream out of the plastic containers. Makes no sense to me. Do they have no plans to change this? Because right now it looks like domestic first (and apparently PP) service is definitely looking superior to Polaris, especially to and from Hawaii.
