Sadly, this appears to be a more common theme lately. There's a lot for crews to get their heads around with the amalgamation, but, where there is a will there is a way and I've witnessed both ends of the spectrum.
Some spend more time moaning about short service times than actually making an attempt to deliver it. People aren't stupid and it leaves the customer with a bitter taste in their mouth, especially when these excuses are thrown at those of us who know what can and cannot be done.
