Due to COVID-related measures, guests approached their desired breakfast station (juices/ bakery / egg station / fruits / et al.) and then a member of staff prepared the plate based on the guest's choices. Also took orders at the table for eggs, coffee, and juice. From time to time, staff came by the table with a tray of pastries or smoothie shots. Very attentive.
