I can't 100% say on upgrades but usually Andaz is less busy most of the time so you might have better odds. All of the hotels you mentioned are in different parts of town sort of. Not sure if you are looking to hang at the hotel the whole time or going out in about to places to eat but you should factor that a bit since ubers are getting pretty expensive here in the valley. If you are renting a car it won't matter as much.
