Me too! It's great especially when the chips soak up some of the burger residue along with the texture slightly softened makes it an incredible combination. Generally, I'll bring my burgers home just so I can do that, since restaurants generally don't serve it that way. Even as a kid, I remember putting my french fries in between my cheeseburger, and my Mother shocked kept asking me what I was doing.
And, regarding ranch dressing, like most Americans I love the stuff! I can dip literally anything it, which is my answer to the "chicken is too bland" thread. No problem, I just dip it in ranch.
