Hi

Club Europe (CE) is a European Business class product. The seats are not much different from those down the back of the bus. Except they are configured in a 2-3 config instead of a 3-3 giving more elbow space. A-C are muich better IMHO than D-E-F. The pitch is also greater my a huge 3" (Altough some will argue this point until the end).
You will get a hot meal instead of an all day deli bag down the back.
Another good point to remember is you will be allowed to access the BA lounges at LHR and BCN before your flights.

One of the comments made by the German agent is not 100% correct and could catch you out. Not all CE fares are flexable. The fare that you quote is cheap and sounds like it is booked in I so you will not be able to make any date or time changes ot get a reund.

Edited as I forgot to welcome to FT and the BA forum.
