Are these the itinerary receipt e-mails? If so, I can open a ticket to see if your e-mail is blocked on our end, and to clear the block if it is. (note: it usually takes a few days to clear)
As an FYI - if an e-mail is "bounced" back to us from your e-mail provider, it goes on the "Do Not Send" (aka:block) list. Sometimes e-mails get bounced back for no apparent reason - may be like a timeout issue or something on your providers end.
I can also resend your receipts to an alternate e-mail address if you have one.
DM me with the confirmation number, e-mail address that is not receiving them, and an alternate address (if you'd like me to try that route.)
