As of October 27, 2021, VaccineCheck and our Health Department partners were made aware that our SMART QR issuer status is currently only partially verified. MANY Singaporeans and U.S. citizens now are unable to get back home to visit their loved ones because there is currently ONLY ONE acceptable verifiable vaccination record (SMART QR) accepted from the United States! The intent of the VTL is to safely reconnect families and currently there are barriers to that mission.
As it stands, if you did NOT receive your vaccinations from one of these 7 large entities, you are UNABLE to be issued a SMART QR code for your VTL submission. This program is restrictive. Our VaccineCheck Verification program works directly with health departments to provide individuals with digital proof of vaccination. Also, our program supports individuals living in other states, and working, commuting or tele-commuting in other jurisdictions; individuals that travel for business; and individuals that may have gotten separate doses in different states
IF you got vaccinated in Utah/NJ,seems like docket health (Utah/NJ official vaccinate record provider) might support SHC soon

There's a link to Utah/New Jersey, which points to the docket health website
Docket also supports Minnesota , not sure why vci page doesn't show MN
