The only exclusion is this: "Some flight numbers and booking classes may not qualify for earning miles." . This is what the Miles & More customer service is now also referring to why they didn't give me the miles. Anyways how should the customer know which flight numbers they are excluding?

But even worse LATAM claims now that they already credited the miles to Miles & More so I can't get them credited to any other program not even at their own program. I wouldn't care so much about the Miles & More Miles but they should at least clear them available again if they don't want to credit them to their program.
Anyone knows what to do besides writing both M&M and LATAM customer service over and over?
That flight number provision as far as I am aware is in order to exclude codeshare and charter flights.

Where did you buy those tickets?
