got my amex plat card today and chose UA for airlines

When you purchase the travel bank , what does the charge show up as for AMEX to read?

Also, I read in several places that I can buy it for myself in my travel bank but can use the travel bank money to PURCHASE a ticket for SOMEONE ELSE....Is this correct?

Also, can travel bank be used for pet fee?
