Partner airline question:
Base miles = miles flown at 1:1
cabin bonus = anything from 0-3 depending on partner and fare class.
So, this greatly incentivizes international travel on AA (either metal or code) rather than partner airlines?
So, BA - JFK - LHR in J = 3,451 base miles + 863 cabin bonus miles for a total of 4,314 LPs
Same trip in Y = 3,451 LP’s only as no cabin bonus?
Assuming the charts don’t change.
It depends on the fare paid to know which is incentivized.
