Travel to Spain via France
We are flying to France for three days then continuing on to Spain via TGV. I was looking the Spain Covid Travel site and apparently Americans - as third-country residents - are not allowed entry into Spain when transiting from other countries. https://www.mscbs.gob.es/en/profesio....htm#collapse1
