Seeing as from the 10th October we can enter Bulgaria once again can anyone confirm if we can step off and on again with ease or is there a convoluted system in place? I have a cancelled ticket for 2 Nov and so quickly need to change that to keep the benefit of the very low CE fare paid. I'd rather travel in November otherwise I'll put the tickets back to the spring.
