We’re outbound to DEL for Xmas and I guess we can expect the worst. Interestingly and looking at expertflyer, DEL is zeroed but BOM isn’t, yet. It might have something to do with the state by state quarantine rules - last time I looked, DEL had these in place for international arrivals but BOM didn’t although it may have changed since. If the worst does come to the worst, you could potentially do DEL-BOM-LHR (at BA’s expense) but who’s to know BOM won’t follow the same pattern in some or all respects. Either way, December is a long way away in Covid years so all we can do is either wait patiently or seek alternatives now, only to find it was an IT glitch and I’d have had the entire plane to myself if I hadn’t panicked, which I always do (panic that is, rather than be patient!).
