For a schedule change such as this where the flight number and everything else stays the same, my understanding is it should be a revalidation, not a ticket reissue. The ticket number will stay the same but should reflect the revised time.
Aha, thanks! I was able to confirm that despite the ticket number not changing, the eTicket does appear to have be re-validated.
As a tip to others, it appears that Swiss is changing their website to more closely match that of Lufthansa. One unfortunate side effect is that the new reservation management screen does not have a way to request a copy of your eTicket. However, if you search for your booking by eTicket number (which you can find by looking up your PNR on Avianca’s website), it will still send you to the old reservation management screen, and you can have a copy of your eTicket emailed to you from there.
