Perhaps this is an indication that the property is under-categorized as a Cat 4? I recognize the Andaz is a Cat 5 (which has some peak and off-peak dates) so making it a Cat 5 would not be appropriate.
GH Seoul is probably over-categorized, IMO. The renovated rooms are atrocious and you're probably not getting a suite unless it's a weekday. Their rooms are more of a Cat 3.
