Ugh, sorry to hear! I tried on all sorts of browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge) on both a Mac and PC. I'm pretty sure I tried on my iPhone as well. Nothing seemed to work until suddenly it did the next day (using Firefox on a Mac).
Again, the advice that Iberia gave on Twitter was to book with the wrong birth date and fix afterward. Unfortunately, I'm not able to confirm how easy that is, but if you're as eager as I was to get your trip booked, I'd say it's worth a shot if you're unable to resolve the issue on your own within 24 hours.
