Just checked HC Waikiki from March to November and 0 Off Peak Days total with plenty of Peak.

Guessing that’s the way it’ll be for all of Hawaii.

Found good amounts of Off Peak in NYC so it’s a bit saddening to see 0 for Waikiki, at least throw 1 or 2 out there, give the illusion.
