At least for domestic DL flights, when you do OLCI, you're asked to confirm that you have not tested positive within the last ten days. So a positive test would seem to mean that you cannot fly for at least ten days. Once you have a positive test result, I don't know of any procedure to prove that it's indeed a false positive and hence that you can travel.
