"Recently"? No, at least not as compared to before -- I have never gotten timely notification of Chase offer usage. For me I think it usually arrives 3-7 days later, because I've usually forgotten about it by the time the email shows up.
I will admit it’s been a while since I got quick notifications, primarily because I haven’t really had useful offers in months. I tend to add the frequent Starbucks offers to my cards, but then rarely use Starbucks (and if I do, I don’t recall which card to use to get the 5% discount on my $4 drink). Had a few hotel offers (IHG, Hyatt) in the last year, but no good opportunity to use them.
