I applied for the AMEX biz platinum card and several minutes the consumer Brilliant Marriot card.
Got instant approval for biz and the wait for 14 days for the consumer card.

I called to see if they needed any info from me so called 1-877-239-3491 and was told system is down and even customer service won't have access to my status info.

I then checked application online.

the one for AMEX biz showed up as Dummy for the code ...what does this mean? it was a 150k offer emailed to me

Is there another phone number I can call to inquire about my Brilliant Marriot or just leave it alone and wait it out.

I have not applied for any credit card over 24 months and I only have 2 from AMEX...
