Walden? It's right in our backyard, and although it's been a few years since I've been, it was very good. A couple other options (although probably further than you are lookign for), is the Spa at Hotel Hershey (one of our favorite Spas anywhere), and Skana at Turning Stone in upstate NY. Both are about a 5hr drive from the east side CLE suburbs, which I don't mind for a weekend getaway.
Yes, Walden is close enough for daytrips, so it's definitely on the list. Thank you for the feedback on Hershey and Turning Stone...the latter, in particular, I never would have even considered (closest I've gotten to it is their gas station off the Thruway
