Switzerland is going to be on vtl so that's fine (need t o be after Nov 8)

I see multiple health care providers using MyChart epic, allowing you to self upload vaccine info. They then do some type of validation (John's Hopkins, nyu langone etc)

Some health insurance getting onboard too
