I just flew SFO-SEA on a flight that went out with 110 empty seats.
Pre-COVID, flying SFO-SEA at non-peak times was great because an upgrade was decently likely, and it was one of the exception routes that would provide a hot meal in F even though the flight is under 900 miles!
