Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I am 100% with you on this one.

With access to Netflix and such on the TVs (which is great), it really sucks to have the color/brightness/movement really screwed up. It's clearly all of the default "electronics store" settings that the manufactures have on by default.

Did you have any luck finding someone who knows more about this or someone at Marriott HQ who could answer?
