Folks, a reminder that the passengers that are banned are those whose flight were not cancelled and applied for a chargeback because they were no-shows. We all know that government travel advisories, border restrictions, additional testing requirements, etc... doesn't qualify as involuntary situations. However, as most banks outsource their departments in countries like India, Philippines, etc... the banking agents might not be aware of the situation as well as the actual laws and would be able to make the incorrect decision to issue the chargeback.

Passengers whose flights have been cancelled by the airline and who applied for a charge-back are not considered banned in this case.
