You may want to check on the other priority pass lounge at HNL in the overseas terminal. The Plumeria Lounge at HNL is in the inter island terminal upstairs so could be a walk to get to your UA flight. The IASS lounge is in the garden level and is a little closer to the UA gates though if I remember right it doesn't have much to offer.
