When are Marriott point transfers to Lufthansa's Miles & More coming back?

Other hotel programs, like Radisson Rewards, allow transfers to LH's M&M now. A few years ago Marriott said that transfers to M&M were only "temporarily suspended." The reason for that (the lawsuit LH was embroiled in that questioned the value of the Miles & More miles) has passed, and others have restored points transfer functionality to LH M&M. Is there any reason why Marriott hasn't do so? Any date for when it will be finally re-enabled? Or has Marriott decided to "enhance" its program by getting rid of the points transfer to LH M&M permanently?
