I thought I saw somewhere that the FDA emergency use authorization (EUA) would expire around 12/21/2021, but I can’t verify that anywhere. Do EUAs expire??? I thought the test would eventually receive full authorization. Wondering if something has been in the works, and Abbott has held off manufacturing more kits until they know for sure these will continue to sell… this could then not be a solution for holiday travel.

I’m sure we will find out in November… as that is when eMed says their stock will be replenished.
