Unable to contact BA to change or cancel holiday booking
I'm not sure what advice you could offer but I have a holiday booking (Flight+Car) and need to change the date of the outbound flight. It's over the Christmas period so while not urgent delays in changing it would mean more cost as availability changes.
I cannot get through to UK BA by phone. Even just trying a general Executive Club call the call is cut after 2+ minutes of automated voice message before any options are even given. The correct number and options to change a holiday booking just get the call cut.
Their 24 hour 'chat' is just a bot and any attempt to get to an agent gets denied for being too busy.
Does anyone have any idea on how to accomplish this I may be missing?
