I definitely enjoyed my stay here this weekend. As I checked in around 9 AM, the only thing available was a Grand Deluxe King, which I took as I didn't want to wait for other Elites to check out of the higher-tier rooms (reasoning provided by the Front Desk).
The hard product here is definitely great. Modern with the quintessential St. Regis styling. I didn't notice any issues with the cleanliness of the windows. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, bath was nice, everything was nice. I was surprised to see Marriott's Internet TV OS - always a nice touch.
The lobby is under construction and mostly closed. Breakfast was good - although, I wish I hadn't tried to switch it up by getting French toast as I think I would have liked the pancakes more. The whole vaccine card thing threw me off a bit as I didn't realize that photo ID was also needed, which meant I had to hike back up to my room (luckily, the Mitsubishi elevators were quite fun).
Service was good - I felt really bad as I had made a big mess with the shower wand accidentally as the door seal wasn't perfect. I called down to get some replacement towels to replace the ones I used to dry up the floor, and the butler made a point of drying my floor even further.
Overall, would highly recommend.
