That is a great list. A couple of suggestions? San Clemente is wonderful way to look at the development of Christianity in Rome with a bit of Mithras thrown in...near the Colosseo. And Hadrian's Villa and Tivoli are easy summer excursions. The fountains are cool(ing). Palestrina nearby is also great
Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to go to Tivoli and Palestrina but the Basilica di San Clemente al Laterano was such a good suggestion to see early Christian history - Thank you!
