Brilliant post RJB was finding it hard to figure out certain things, ie life insurance and if the Premiere club card was still available.

tristan727 if you want to make it hard for yourself dont read the threads, personaly I welcome FAQs saves people who help out in the forums posting the same replies time and again.

I imagine RJB spent a lot of time and effort making this FAQ, to help people out keeping info to ones self is not what FT is all about in my opinion.
