Outward journey vanished from booking
Would welcome some advice. Family of 5 due to fly Man to JFK on 28 December in J and back from EWR early Jan. The outward journey now not showing in MMB. Return sector still showing. BA holiday booking so Exec Club can’t look at booking and BA holidays not open today. Exec club said we are still showing as having booked outward and return so “should be ok but call BA holidays tomorrow” to see what issue is.
Looking at a dummy booking, I can’t see our original 08:55 MAN - LHR flight is still operating. There is a 09.45 but this does not connect to our 11.25 LHR - JFK. Only connection from MAN to the 11.25 flight is 06.20 MAN -LHR.
Would I be right in thinking our MAN -LHR flight time has changed and we no longer meet MCT for the LHR - JFK?
If so, presumably we can be rebooked? If we do go for 06:20, will they let us change to an earlier LHR - JFK/EWR flight? I don’t want 4 hours in Heathrow between flights if I can help it. There is an earlier AA flight, would they put us on this and how does AA J compare to BA J?
Could there be any other reason for outward trip disappearing?
