You will not have any discount for domestic journey outside of Germany, you will have a partial discount on journey starting/ending in Germany. For example with my BahnCard 50 I have 25% reduction on flexpreis ticket Frankfurt-Paris.
However your BahnCard give you access to all lounges in the RailTeam network, and this includes lounges in France for SNCF or lounges in SBB stations.
