The automated online process works best with simple sectors and only one change. The NCL connection will be stopping this, so unfortunately you may need to call. Sometimes it gets resolved overnight, but by the sounds of it you are past the point of that. All that is involved is turning your new sectors to have OKC in the status, so it's fairly trivial, but BA.com is there yet. It will currently have some holding status instead, but without OKC you won't be able to check-in online.
