Service has either massively improved in the last month or so per your review or I'm afraid we have very different definitions of what constitutes 'attentive and proactive service'. Hopefully the former, as it was a bit of a joke for a hotel charging €1K+ per night, frankly. I cancelled my second stay.
The only ”issues” were:
- long check-in (despite having my credit card and personal information), but staff was very friendly,
- wrong plate arriving at breakfast the second day (but quickly delivered).
I must say I found service close to the one you may find at Four Seasons hotels (smiling, proactive, attentive, not intrusive, always willing to help).
