Very annoyed right now. After 2.5 days I got a reply and they rejected it because according to them the cancellation rules are different. Which they are not, it is clearly visible on the screenshot I send with my claim. So I called and now all Hyatt Hotels are removed from the competing site.

Very poor game, Hyatt!!!
