Isn't the 34K option considered an "upgrade"? I am frustrated with trying to use these FNAs as well. I have already downgraded my Chase one to the no AF version and plan to cancel my Amex one next year.

I think you're probably right, but it's still a Cat 1-5 and still below the 35K value. The studio will be fine. And since the rate is over $200 for the night I'm ok with it.
