Just be sure that you board an "All Terminals" AirTrain. If you board a "Howard Beach" or "Jamaica" AirTrain, your five-minute ride will turn into a thirty-minute (or longer) ride!
Also be advised that it is a long walk from the T-5 Airtrain stop to check-in / security at T-5
