DB Bahncard Discounts outside Germany
In which European countries (e.g. France, Switzerland etc.) would I get discounts on rail travel if have a German (DB) Bahncard?

For instance, if I have a BahnCard 50 issued in Germany, would I be entitled to a discount for a ticket purchased from SNCF or SBB? Can such a ticket be for wholly domestic travel (e.g. Zurich - Bern) or only for international travel? If only for international, must the journey involve Germany in some way, i.e. would I also get a discount for a Zurich - Paris ticket)

Is there some reference site where I can look up this information so that I may plan better?
