I am wondering if anyone has the AI e-commerce phone number. I have four F tickets in AI that got cancelled as AI cancelled that flight (AI 110). However they've been holding on to my refund for over a month now (~$27k).

I sent a note to the address on their website seeking a refund and spoke with their US number (US number advises sending an email to the [email protected] address).
