The general response to most queries like this on FT is to select the flight with the timings that suit you best as plane types can change. This statement is even more true for this routing as HKG is unlikely to see 2 flights a day next year unless it’s current quarantine policy is significantly amended (i.e. scrapped) so I honestly would just select the flights that suit you best and see how the schedule shakes out.
