Just called AP for the same reason... they took off 2 segment of my return flight.

The lady at the end of the phone told me that was because it was posted in double...
I asked her where she can see it...as I don't see the same thing than her...

She said...: YUL-ORD-DFW on October 22
And they give it to you again on October 28 on DFW-ORD-YUL..!!!?????

Wow....very competent!!! I must agree...

I just said to her... well...maybe because I'm back in Montreal now... you see... I went there...on the departure flight...and I am now back on the return flight... you go and you come back...

She said.... oh...one moment... (I wait for more than one moment though)... and after that, she said that she had to call to Montreal and asked why this is happening to me...(as if it was a REAL big surprise that there's an error in AP website)...

And after all that, she read to me the same letter... if there's a mistake, it will be repost on saturday...and we'll see it on the november statement.

Hmmmmm... what a waste of time...
